There will be no cracking, blistering, falling off, discoloration and other problems in the high temperature environment. According to the requirements of the powder spraying industry for the electrostatic conductivity of atomic ash, special conductive fillers are added, which are different from the metal powder added by ordinary atomic ash. These special conductive fillers have better conductivity than metal powder, and the metal powder has a great impact on the high temperature resistance of atomic ash. The gray body is fine, the coating and scraping is simple and easy to polish.

Construction ratio
Atomic ash: curing agent = 100:1.5-3 (weight ratio)
Note: the operation time is 7-10 minutes (depending on the proportion of curing agent and the change of temperature)
matters needing attention:
1. If there is bubble infiltration during coating and scraping, it must be completely scraped with a scraper to ensure good adhesion. 2. If thick coating is required, Z shall be thinly scraped several times to the required thickness. 3. The unused atomic ash and curing agent shall be sealed and stored, and the atomic ash with curing agent cannot be put back into the original tank. 4. Store in a cool and dry place, away from high temperature and fire source, and avoid direct sunlight. 5. Shelf life: the original tank shall be sealed for 12 months.
